What do you do at Metro?

Background:

I am married to an amazing woman of God who is my soul mate and best friend.

Before my current role, I attended Metro CC and served in the children’s ministry as a volunteer for four years. It has been a great joy and privilege for me to do what I do. I believe God has put me in this place for a reason and a purpose. My desire is to share the very deep and very real love of Christ.

I graduated in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. That’s right…I’m a numbers guy. And although you may not see me on Wall Street or Fox News talking about the economy, God has used my gifts and talents in a way that I never imagined……with Junior High Students.

Hobbies:

Spending time with my wife, family and friends; paintball, trying to gain wisdom through reading Proverbs, sipping lattes, eating, cooking, road trips, sailing, the beach, long walks on the beach (at sunset) with my wife and rocking it out at Disneyland!

How did you come to know Christ?

I saw Christ working in the life of my wife Suzie and asked….how can Christ change my life?  The rest is history.

Do you have a life verse?

But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
